● માધવપુરનો મેળો ●

➡️  સૌરાષ્ટ્રના પોરબંદર પંથકમાં આવેલા માધવપુર - ઘેડ વિસ્તારમાં ચૈત્ર સુદ - નોમથી સુદ - તેરસ સુધી માધવરાય એટલે કે ભગવાન શ્રીકૃષ્ણ અને રુકમણીનો વિવાહ પ્રસંગ યોજાય છે . આ લગ્ન સમારંભને માણવા દેશભરમાંથી શ્રીકૃષ્ણના ભક્તજનો એકઠા થાય છે અને માનવ મહેરામણ સર્જાય છે જે મેળાનું સ્વરૂપ ધારણ કરે છે.

       ➡️  માધવપુર ઘેડમાં શ્રી માધવરાયજીનું પૌરાણિક મંદીર આવેલું છે માધવરાયજીનાં આ મંદીરને ૧૬ થાંભલા છે.

           ➡️ પ્રથમ દિવસે ગણપતિની સ્થાપના કરી લગ્ન પત્રિકા મોકલાય છે. પછી શ્રીકૃષ્ણની ભવ્ય રૂડી જાન જોડાય છે. આ મેળામાં કચ્છથી મેર જાતિના લોકો ખાસ જોડાય છે. તેઓ તેમના સજાવેલા ઊંટ લઈને આવે છે . શ્રીકૃષ્ણની જાન વખતે લોકો ભક્તિ , કિર્તન અને રાસની રમઝટ બોલાવે છે.

      ➡️  શ્રીમાધવરાયની જાનમાં લોકો સજીધજીને ઉત્સાહભેર જોડાય છે. આ વિધિ માધવપુરના મેળામાં પાંચ દિવસ સુધી ચાલે છે . આ સમયે માધવરાયના મંદિરની ઝાંખી અનન્ય હોય છે. ભગવાનનું ફુલેકું , કડછા સમુદાય દ્વારા ઘોડેસવારો સાથેનું સામૈયું , ભગવાનનો દોડતો રથ અને ચોરીના ચાર ફેરા જેવા અલભ્ય પ્રસંગો નિહાળીને દેશભરમાંથી આવેલા ભક્તજનો હર્ષોલ્લાસથી ખીલી ઉઠે છે.

         ➡️  માધવપુરમાં આવેલાં મહાપ્રભુજીની બેઠકનાં સાનિધ્યમાં રૂક્ષ્મણીનાં માવતર પક્ષની જગ્યા રૂક્ષ્મણીમઠથી બપોરે ૧ર કલાકે ભગવાન શ્રીકૃષ્ણનું સામૈયું કરવામાં આવે છે ત્યારબાદ સાંજનાં ચાર કલાકે નિજ મંદિરેથી ભગવાન શ્રી કૃષ્ણની જાનનું પ્રયાણ થાય છે. શ્રી કૃષ્ણ વરરાજા બને છે, રૂપેણવનમાં જાનનું આગમન થાય છે. વેવાઈઓ દ્વારા જાનનું સ્વાગત થાય છે. હિન્દુ સમાજમાં થતી લગ્નવિધી મુજબ કન્યાદાન દેવાય છે, મંગળફેરા ફેરા ફરે છે.

◆ એક દુહો પણ પ્રચલિત છે. તેમજ આ આખું લગ્ન ગીત તરીકે પણ પ્રચલિત છે.

 "માધવપુરનો માંડવો , 

આવે જાદવકુળની જાન , 

પરણે રાણી રુકમણી જ્યાં 

 વર દુલ્હા ભગવાન . ”

                    

           ➡️   મધુવનમાં મહાપ્રભુજીની બેઠક છે. શ્રી વલ્લભાચાર્યજી મહાપ્રભુજીએ રૂક્ષ્મણીમાં આવેલા કંર્દમકુંડ ઉપર શ્રીમદ્‌ ભાગવત પારાયણ તેમજ વ્યાખ્યાન કર્યું હતું. જ્યાં પરંપરાથી એમની ભારત વર્ષની ૮૪ બેઠકોમાંની ૬૬મી બેઠક માધવપુરમાં છે. મહાપ્રભુજીની બેઠક નજીક રૂક્ષ્મણી શ્રીકૃષ્ણ લગ્ન માટેની ચોરી છે અને મહીયારૂ છે.

◆ ઐતિહાસિક દંત કથા 

ઇસ પૂર્વે રોઇંગ - અરૂણાચલ પ્રદેશમાં ભિષ્મક રાજા રાજ્ય કરતા હતા , જેમને એક પુત્રી રુકમણી અને પાંચ પુત્રો હતા . રુકમણીના એક ભાઇ રુકમિ તેમના લગ્ન પોતાના મિત્ર અને કૌરવ શિશુપાલ સાથે કરાવવા માગતા હતા. પરંતુ રુકમણીજી મનોમન શ્રકૃષ્ણને ચાહતા હતા. રુકમણીજીએ શ્રીકૃષ્ણને પત્ર લખ્યો અને શિશુપાલ સાથેના લગ્નથી ઉગારી લેવાની અને શ્રી કૃષ્ણ સાથે લગ્ન કરવાની ઇચ્છા વ્યક્ત કરી. આ પત્ર મળતાં શ્રીકૃષ્ણ ભાઇ બલરામ સાથે સેના લઇને પૂર્વ ભારતમાં ભીષ્મક રાજાના રાજ્યમાં લગ્ન સ્થળે પહોંચી જાય છે . લગ્નમંડપમાં શિશુપાલ , જરાસંઘ વગેરે રાજાઓ ઉપસ્થિત થઇ ગયા છે . શ્રીકૃષ્ણ રાજપુરોહિત મારફતે રુકમણીજીને અંત : પુરમાં ગુપ્ત સંદેશો મોકલે છે અને રાજ્યની સીમાએ પ્રતીક્ષા કરતા હોવાનું કહેણ મોકલે છે . રુકમણીજી અંત : પુરથી રથમાં બેસીને શ્રીકૃષ્ણ જ્યાં પ્રતીક્ષા કરતા હતા , ત્યાં પહોંચી જાય છે . શ્રીકૃષ્ણ રુકમણીજીનું હરણ કરીને નિકળે છે ત્યાં રુકમિ તેમના સૈન્યને રોકે છે . શ્રીકૃષ્ણ યુદ્ધમાં રુકમિને પરાજિત કરે છે . રૂકમણીજીની પ્રાર્થનાવશ રૂકમિને જીવતદાન આપે છે અને રુકમણીજીને માધવપુર લાવે છે , માધવપુરમાં રુકમણીજી સાથે વિવાહ કરે છે.

◆ કાત્યોકનો મેળો સિદ્ધપુર ◆

           ➡️ સિદ્ધપુર સરસ્વતી નદીના કૂખમાં ભરાતા કાત્યોકનો મેળો કાર્તિકી પૂનમની રાત્રીના સમયે રોશનીથી ઝળહળી ઉઠે છે.લોકમાતા કુંવારિકા સરસ્વતી નદીની કૂખમાં લાખોની સંખ્યામાં શ્રદ્ધાળુઓ તર્પણ વિધિ કરી ધન્યતા અનુભવે છે. મેળામાં ઉમટતી જનમેદનીને ધ્યાને લઈને ગોઠવાતા ઉટ બજાર , શેરડી બાર , અશ્વ બજાર તેમજ મનોરંજનને લગતી અવનવી ચીજોની દુકાનો આકર્ષણ જમાવે છે. મેળામાં નાની - મોટા ચકડોળો , બાળકોને મનોરંજન અાપતા સાધનો તેમજ મોતના કૂવામાં મોટરસાઈક્લ અને મારૂતિના જીવસટોસટના ખેલ પણ જોવા મળે છે. વિશ્વ પ્રસિદ્ધ માતૃગયા તીર્થ સિદ્ધપુર બિંદુ સરોવર ખાતે ભારતભરનું એકમાત્ર ભગવાન કાર્તિકેય સ્વામીનું મંદિર આવેલું છે. જે કારતક માસમાં સુદ અગિયારસથી પૂનમ સુધી વર્ષમાં એકવાર ખુલતું  હોવાથી કાત્યોકનો લોકમેળો માણવા આવતા લાખો શ્રધ્ધાળુંઓ ભગવાન કાર્તિકેયના દર્શન કરી ધન્યતા અનુભવે છે.

         ➡️ સિદ્ધપુર એટલે સિદ્ધભૂમિ. સિદ્ધક્ષેત્ર , ગુજરાતનું કાશી , અરવડેશ્વરના અવધૂત પૂ . બ્રહ્મલિન દેવશંકર બાપાની ભક્તિભૂમ. ઐતિહાસિક રૂદ્રમહાલય, પાંચ સ્વયંભૂ શિવલિંગ અને અનેકાનેક મંદિર - મહાલય એટલે સિદ્ધપુરની પરખ અને ઓળખ એટલે કાત્યોકનો લોકમેળો. આ દિવસોમાં લોકમાતાના કૂખમાં સરામણનું આગવું મહત્વ રહેલું છે. પૌરાણિક પુષ્ટી મુજબ ચૌદશની રાત્રીએ ૧૨ ક્લાકે મોક્ષપીપળો , સરસ્વતી નદીના તટે, ગંગા, યમુના, સરસ્વતીનો સંગમ થાય છે . આ વિરલ પ્રાસંગિક્તા વચ્ચે લાખો ભાવિકો સિદ્ધપુર ખાતે તર્પણ વિધિ માટે આવે છે.

        

           ➡️ ઉત્તર ક્રિયા , માતૃતર્પણ , દશા શ્રાદ્ધ , એ કાદશી શ્રાદ્ધ ,અસ્થિવિસર્જન , નારાયણબલિ જેવા અનુષ્ઠાનો માટે શ્રદ્ધાળુઓ આવે છે . અહીંયા ઊંટ - અશ્વનું બજાર ભરાય છે. મેળામાં શેરડીનો મોટો વેપાર થાય છે . જેથી આ મેળાને શેરડીયો મેળો પણ કહેવામાં આવે છે. ઉત્તર ગુજરાતના અનુસૂચિત જાતિના લોકોમાં આ મેળો સાચા અર્થમાં સ્નેહ સંબંધ અને સગપણ નો મેળો બની રહે છે.

           ➡️ સિદ્ધપુરના કાત્યોકના મેળામાં મીઠી મધુરી રસઝરતી શેરડીનો સ્વાદ ન માણો તો મેળો અધૂરો ગણાય છે . મેળાની શરૂઆત થતાં જ ભિલોડા , કરજણ , ભરૂચ, પાલેજથી શેરડીની ટ્રકો ઉતરે છે, જેમાં ભિલોડાની લાલ શેરડી. તેમજ રાજપીપળાની પીળી શેરડી વેચાય છે. કહેવાય છે કે, આ પવિત્ર કુંવારીકા નદીમાં પૂનમની રાત્રિએ ગંગા,યમૂનાઅને સરસ્વતીનો બાર વાગ્યા પછી ત્રિવેણી સંગમ થાય છે . જેના પવિત્ર જળનું આચમન કરીને શ્રદ્ધાળુઓ ધન્યતા અનુભવે છે.
